Marinda Avera
?Specializing in residential real estate sales in Moore County with years of experience of working with first-time and seasoned buyers and sellers, Marinda also has experience in selling land and horse farms. After years of experience of teaching contract law and real estate math in the NCCC system, Marinda joined Rhodes & Company in 2007. Clients can attest to her loyalty, attention to detail, and negotiation skills—all while having fun in the process. Marinda moved to Moore County in 1979 from Greenville, NC, where she acquired her bachelor and masters degrees in business from East Carolina University.
